Promotion types
At maximal bet casino we structure our promotions around three core offer types so that every account can choose a starting point that fits their standard playing rhythm. The welcome package is aimed at first-time depositors and stretches across the first three top-ups, combining matched credit with complimentary spins on chosen slots. The offer on a later deposit runs every Friday and matches a single deposit of 15 EUR or more at a lower percentage, which gives standard players a predictable boost before the weekend. The loyalty balance is built from net gameplay across the previous seven days and pays weekly cashback to accounts that finish the period with a net negative position.
Every promotion type carries its own ceiling, contribution weight and maximum stake per cycle. The welcome bundle caps matched credit per deposit and limits free round winnings before they carry into the main balance. The returning-player offer caps a single deposit match, so stacking it against further top-ups in the same day does not increase the credit. Loyalty cashback caps at a defined weekly amount and posts solely after the seven-day window closes, free of manual adjustment outside that schedule.

How we determine eligibility for promotions
Eligibility for every promotion on our casino platform starts with a fully verified account: confirmed email, completed profile fields and a verified payment method. One welcome package is granted per person, household, address, email and IP range, and a second welcome claim closes the promotion from extra activation. Offers on later deposits require at least one successful deposit before activation, and a second deposit on the same Friday cannot be claimed against the same trigger.
Cashback eligibility is calculated on a rolling seven-day cycle that starts at 00:00 UTC on Monday and ends at 23:59 UTC on Sunday. Solely play on slots, table titles and live casino tables feeds into the cycle calculation; sports, virtual sports and lottery bets are excluded from cashback but remain accessible across the platform. Accounts placed on a cooling-off period or a self-exclusion term will not receive cashback while the restriction is active, and any pending cashback is held until the restriction expires.
- Verified email, full profile and verified payment method are required to claim any offer.
- Welcome package applies to a first, second and third deposit only and cannot be split across additional top-ups.
- Cashback applies only to slots, table games and live dealer tables during the seven-day cycle.
- Accounts under a cooling-off or self-exclusion term are excluded from promotional credit during the restriction.
Games linked to promotions
Our promotional credit, free spins and cashback are attached to a defined mix of slots, casino table games and live dealer tables. Bonus spin offers in the welcome offer and the Friday reload are attached to three slot titles that we rotate each two weeks, with the rotation published on the page for promotions on Monday morning. Matched credit can be applied on the full game library except for jackpot titles, which are excluded from bonus wagering until the bonus balance is cleared.
Promotional funds carry no cash value until wagering is complete, and any attempt to withdraw bonus-solely balance before clearing triggers a void of the remaining bonus. The promotional balance is consumed before the real balance when a bet is placed, which means that a target for wagering of 35x on a 100 EUR bonus requires 3,500 EUR in qualifying bets before cashout is unlocked.
| Game category | Bonus wagering weight | Free spin availability | Jackpot contribution | Cashback contribution |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Slots (non-jackpot) | 100% | Yes, on featured titles | Standard | 100% |
| Jackpot slots | 0% until cleared, then standard | No | Standard | 100% |
| Roulette | 20% | No | N/A | 50% |
| Blackjack | 10% | No | N/A | 50% |
| Live dealer tables | 10% | No | N/A | 50% |
| Video poker | 10% | No | N/A | 25% |
Playthrough rules and weighting
Wagering on matched credit is set at 35x the amount of the bonus and must be completed within 14 days of the credit posting. Free spin winnings carry a 35x wagering target and the same 14-day window, starting from the moment the spin credit hits the promotional balance. Wagers that exceed the 5 EUR ceiling per cycle are excluded from wagering, and a single wager at or above that ceiling voids the balance of bonus funds along with any winnings produced from it.
Various categories of games feed in at different weights, and the weight table above reflects the rate tied to each qualifying wager. A 10 EUR wager on slots contributes 10 EUR to wagering, while the same wager on blackjack contributes 1 EUR under the 10% weighting. Wagers on jackpot titles do not contribute to bonus wagering until the bonus balance is cleared, after which they revert to the standard weighting shown for their category.
Payments and promotions
Deposits made through any of our supported payment options qualify for bonus credit, including card payments, bank payments and e-wallet top-ups. Skrill and Neteller deposits are processed in EUR and qualify at the same rate as card deposits, with a minimum of 15 EUR per qualifying top-up. Withdrawals during an active wagering window require the balance of credited bonus funds to be cleared or voided before a payout is processed, and a pending wagering period blocks requests to withdraw until the target is met or the bonus ends.
Payout speed across the platform averages 24 hours for registered accounts and can extend to 48 hours when a manual review is required on the first withdrawal of a new payment method. Bonus-relevant withdrawals are processed in the order wagering is completed, and a partial cashout before wagering is complete closes the bonus along with any linked free spin winnings.
Support and offer conditions
The support desk covers the full bonus lifecycle: activation, wagering tracking, expiry handling and dispute resolution. Live chat is staffed 24 hours a day, email responses average under four hours during weekdays, and a dedicated bonus sit at handles claims that need a documented audit trail. Each promotion carries a printable terms sheet on the page for promotions, and the rules sheet is the final reference in any dispute about a credit, bonus spin or cashback event.
We hold our bonus rules readable instead of buried: the wagering several, the contribution weights, the maximum stake per cycle and the expiry window are all listed in plain language on each promotion card. Account owners can obtain a bonus history at any time through the cashier's history view, and the file lists every event by timestamp, amount and status. Our casino treats that history as a transparent record that players can review whenever they want.
Our promotions are shaped to be understood in a quick overview and tracked through a normal playing session. The combination of a structured welcome offer, a Friday reload and a weekly cashback keeps our bonus calendar predictable for there on our casino platform, while the wagering ceiling of 5 EUR per round and the standard 35x more than one prevent wager inflation during a target chase. The maximal bet casino approach to promotions stays grounded in clear figures and account-level consistency.
